Tuition Aid Application Process
Aid applications are processed by FACTS Management. Families applying for tuition aid in Catholic schools within the Diocese of Pittsburgh may do so by using the following online link. https://diopitt.org/
Bishop's Education Fund
Blessed Francis Seelos families are eligible to apply for tuition assistance through the Bishop’s Fund administered by the Diocese of Pittsburgh.
A baptismal certificate must be submitted to the school by Catholic families to be considered for grants from the Bishop’s Education Fund.
Families who meet the requirements of the Bishop’s Fund should apply for this grant through FACTS Management.
TAX Credits (EITC and OSTC)
Other grant programs include funding from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) programs.
Please use the chart below to determine whether your family qualifies for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) programs. Families exceeding these guidelines, while not excluded from applying for assistance from the Bishop’s Education Fund, are unlikely to demonstrate enough financial need to qualify for a grant.

Gift Card Program
The Gift Card Program is a year-round opportunity to earn unlimited tuition credit towards your preschool or K-8 tuition.
